Andy Panda was a very badly behaved troublemaker made by TacoComedian and Ecolercomedian1999.

He is based off a cartoon character from Universal Studios. He is constantly getting grounded. In some videos, Andy Panda is so naughty, he makes 75% of the well known troublemakers look as if they were well behaved users, as seen in a behaviour card video where all the students are from baby shows. Felix The Cat loves to beat him up whenever he is naughty, which is practically all the time!

He also was the first troublemaker to be sent to the Tina Diesel Detention Center for bad users by CheeseDoodles65.
