The Belt is a belt (obviously) that Paul stashes in his briefcase. As revealed in Car Carnage (its debut appearance), Eric said he uses it to strangle misbehaved kids. This turned out to be false since all Paul wanted from PC Guy was a talk with him.
It reappeared in Eric Come Home where Eric imagined getting hit by it.
It made yet another appearance (but outside of a dream sequence) in Showdown at Dallas' House, where it growled at Dallas and chased him down the Lake Lane neighborhood.
- The Belt is PC Guy's main weapon in the video game, Eric & PC Guy's Point-'n'-Click Game or Something. One can speculate that Paul lent it to him before the game's events.
